At New Age Physio, we will work with your insurer to make the billing process as convenient as possible including online submissions on your behalf with most insurance companies.

Motor Vehicle Accident

If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident, your treatments will be covered. Your health practitioner or the insurance adjuster will provide you with the necessary forms that you need to submit to your auto insurance company. An approved treatment plan will cover any ohip covered physiotherapy, chiropractic or massage therapy expense incurred after the annual maximum coverage of your extended health benefits has been reached.

Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB)

If you get injured at work, you must report the injuries to WSIB as soon as possible and fill out the appropriate paper work. If your claim is approved then your treatments can be billed directly to WSIB.
