There are many misconceptions about physiotherapy clinics and what they can and can not do. To eliminate confusion; we have provided you with some frequently asked questions and answers about our specific clinic and industry. How soon can I get an appointment?
We will try to accommodate you with an appointment the same week.  Our evenings are generally booked in advance.
Where is your clinic located?
If you search “new age physio clinic near me” our website will show up for our two
locations. One clinic is in Etobicoke at 829 Browns Line, Toronto, Ontario. It is located
in South Etobicoke in the Alderwood community. We are a short distance from Sherway
Gardens, Kipling Subway station, Queen Elizabeth Way and the Gardiner Expressway.

Oakville location is at 3075 Hospital Gate, Unit 424. It is at the intersection of Third line
and Dundas St. West and on property of Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital.

Do I need a Doctor’s Note?
You do not need a doctor’s note to come and see us but your insurance company may require a doctor’s note to pay for the services.
How should I dress?
You should dress comfortably and wear clothes that expose the area appropriately. We do have bathrooms and private rooms available if you need to change.
How long do initial assessments take?
Your first appointment at New Age Physio will involve a detailed assessment by the health practitioner followed by a treatment session and can be an hour long.

Subsequent treatment sessions will be 30 mins to an hour long depending on your condition.

What are your treatment rooms like?
We understand that some parts of treatment can be private in nature. We have private rooms and open concept rooms, separated by curtains if additional privacy is needed.
Do you have parking available?

Yes, we have lots of FREE parking on site available for our patients in both of our clinics
in Etobicoke and Oakville.

Am I covered by OHIP?

No, we are not Ohip funded clinic. You can learn more about our coverage here.
